lipo can be done for obese people. it can be dangerous, and if done improperlly, fatal.
people can still get fat AFTER lipo, if they do not change their bad lifestyles. Also lipo DOES NOT REMOVE VISCERAL FAT which is the fat between organs, which is the unhealthy fat that causes health problems as well. skinny people can be just as unhealthy as overweight people
