l figure since body fat is stored through out the body, after liposuction would not ur current body fat end up resettling right back in the face like a week later or sooner? And if this is true, would not that mean since you only lost face weight, which is not much, you'd end up getting right back with the same fat looking face again in a week.

This is a tricky question. If your face shape is naturally round or chubby, I would say even if you lost weight, it would still be round, just smaller. If you are only liposuctioning your face, you're not going to lose kilos. You may only lose grams. I dont see the point in this.
